TRX

After a long time due to an injury that forced me to take a break I tried something new yesterday. My company offers me the possibilty of visiting the on-site fitness studio. Our studio works with TRX Suspension Trainig. It’s an idea born in the U.S. Navy Seals developed by Fitness Anywhere.
The Suspension training is a method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Simply put, TRX is a type of training that uses gravity and your own body weight to build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
The training allows you to minimize your training time by working your entire body. In doing so, every exercise engages your core.

The exercises were exhausting but after a short instruction doable. I enjoyed the training and will continue it. Once I have a little bit more experience, I will write new blog posts and recommend (or not) this sport.
But first I need some short break for my thighs. God, I thought they would kill me 😉
